The Business Growth Development Programme has been specifically designed for small to medium sized businesses in County Monaghan who are interested in growing their business but are not sure how to do it in a planned and profit-focused manner.

When experienced business people speak about business growth they mean profit growth. Many businesses grow sales and employment mainly without little positive impact on profitability.

In business today it is fast becoming a competitive advantage to have ISO registration and may even become a pre-requisite for doing business in the future.

ISO also helps a company to focus internally and to look at how efficiently and effectively it is running its business.

Our approach is a low-cost approach to achieving ISO9001:2000 for small to medium-sized companies, based in the North East. The approach is practical, cost-effective and specifically sets out to meet the individual needs of companies in this region.

The main requirement for this Computerised Accounts programme is the NEED to automate the accounting function in your office bringing better quality information and more regular management information and reporting.

Unlike the courses available today, the emphasis on this programme will be on site-visits with the minimum number of workshops in order to minimise the amount of disruption to your business. We will also train as many staff as is practical, the main constraints normally being the number of PC's and space. Our facilitators will follow a structured programme during their visits to your place of work.

The material covered will be specifically geared to participants' business needs and exercises given will be aimed at real live accounting and reporting needs in small business.
